The project comprised the development of a mobile quality system for field staff delivering maintenance and construction projects, and pre-qualification approval for RMCC construction contracts.

Pre-qualification is a mandatory requirement for all Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) civil construction contracts for public and private sector companies. To meet these conditions the Council Management System for the Roads Group required:

• Revision of the management plans, associated documents, and workflow processes
• Submission of applications for R2 and Traffic Control Category G prequalification
• Implementation of the RMCC quality management system for TfNSW construction and maintenance projects
• Development of a mobile quality system for field staff for a paperless delivery solution.
