Acting on behalf of an organization we offer a complete service from initiation to program/project delivery and close out. Our services include:
- working with you on scope definition, schedule development, stakeholder assessment, business transformation, financial analysis and resource planning
- working with stakeholders to establish the delivery methodology, project plan, risk management plan and project approval prior to execution
- leading stakeholder engagement, introducing change and communication strategies to ensure the smooth transformation of projects into reality and the efficiency and growth of the business
- working with stakeholders to implement and deliver on scope/requirements, including monitoring of progress, applying controls and managing communications between parties; and
- firm management of financials, monitoring controls for risk, quality assurance, OH&S and complete governing of progress from execution to contract and project closure
- project close out, and preparation of handover documentation.
Development Management
Acting on behalf of owners and developers we offer a development service for residential housing from feasibility to construction handover. Experience has shown developers require guidance for the optimisation of the potential development opportunities of a given site.
Our services include:
- working in partnership with Local Government agencies and consultants, to help you determine the constraints and development potential of the land
- specialised advice and services on due diligence, feasibility and budget for the initial development phase
- approval of development applications, including a thorough understanding of Council and Local Government processes and planning and statutory requirements
- construction and project management of the civil works and dwelling construction phases (heightened from experience working for Lend Lease Interiors and the John Holland Group).
