Fitzmaun is a project management consultancy with 20 years of experience.

Founded in 1999, by Jane Williams, on the experience gained from the management of construction projects and large-scale government programs, Fitzmaun offers professional services in project management and residential development management. Our strengths include leadership, experience-based solutions and outcomes, and reliable delivery of your projects in the resource, development, digital and government sectors.

Over the years, the size and complexity of projects serviced by us has been diverse. With values up to $1 billion, we have delivered project management services in ICT business requirements, data migrations, digital switchover, NBN FTTB installations, management of government approvals and residential housing developments.

Our clients include large scale Australian based organisations, small developers in the private sector and Local, State and Commonwealth government agencies across Australia.

Due to the nature of projects, business transformation services have been required for government agency programs and this experience has expanded our direction into stakeholder engagement, community consultation, change management and communications strategies.
