• Appointed by the Chief Executive Officer, to ascertain Council’s capacity to deliver on the goals set out in the Living in Brisbane themes.
• Analyzed the business information requirements of the Legal Practice for the improvement of the customer satisfaction experience.
• Determined the satisfaction levels of the customers of City Design and recommendations to improve the customer experience.
