The National Broadband Network (NBN), is a high speed broadband network that’s being rolled out by the Australian Government. To make this happen, the NBN is using a range of broadband technologies, delivered by approved contractors throughout Australia.

As General Manager, Digital for the Skybridge Group the scope of work included:

• Project management of Fibre to the Basement installations (FTTB) for the services undertaken by the Skybridge Group in Victoria
• Contract management
• Stakeholder engagement and community consultation; and
• IT development and the configuration of a workflow management system for sub-contractors, end users and service providers to access through a mobile application without the need for manually exchanging data between systems.
